Hello Soul Bite Studio Community,

As the year begins to whine down, and a new year is on the horizon. I would like to share with you 1 tip that I will be taking into the New Year for a healthier me.

Soul Bit Studio, is doing a series synopsis. The series is based on the book titled, Lord, Change My Attitude by James MacDonald. You can learn more about the series by following our blog post, Testimony Tuesday’s.

Through this series of rediscovery. I was struck by this simple list called Five Things to Be Thankful For.

The goal is to jot down for the next 366 days five things you are grateful for before you lay your head down at night.

On average, most folks retire for the evening by going to sleep. While others have a list of preparations to do. Such as, fixing lunches, tidy the living room, throwing in a load of laundry, etc.

The point I am illustrating in all this, is that there is no time taken out to give THANKS!

In this Soul Bite Studio: It is Well Wednesday blog post. I would like for the Soul Bite Studio Community to embrace a new routine to ending the day.

Throughout the day there is something that you CAN be THANKFUL for. It’s not my job to provide you with a list, but it is your job to discover the “good” of your existence.

Please use the list below. Cut and paste to a word document and print 122 copies (with the list shown three times, that will cover the 366 days) to a new discovery of an attitude of gratitude. In all things there lies God… and in God lies happiness.
